We deliver within 2–4 hours of order placement. FreshFlow+ members get priority processing, cutting delivery time by up to 30%.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel an order before it enters the packaging stage. Once packaging begins, cancellation isn't possible as produce has been allocated.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery — all powered by Razorpay.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are credited via UPI or bank transfer.

Does FreshFlow charge commission?

No! We charge zero commission on farmer sales. Our revenue comes from consumer subscriptions (FreshFlow+), not from farmer earnings.

How is freshness graded?

We use 4 grades: Farm-Fresh (harvested today), Fresh (1-2 days), Good (3-4 days), and Aging (5+ days). Each product shows its grade and harvest date.
