1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreshFlow ("the Platform"), operated by FreshFlow Technologies ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FreshFlow.
You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. User Accounts

FreshFlow offers two types of accounts:

Consumer: Browse, order, and receive farm-fresh produce.
Farmer: List products, manage inventory, fulfill orders, and broadcast live packaging sessions.

Each email address may only be associated with one account type. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing Orders

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or acceptance of Cash on Delivery).

Payments

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
Accepted methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
Delivery fees may apply for orders below the free delivery threshold.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before the packaging stage begins.
Refunds for online payments are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If a product fails our freshness standards on delivery, a full refund for that item will be issued under our Freshness Guarantee.

5. Freshness Guarantee

FreshFlow guarantees the quality and freshness of all products at the time of delivery. If any item does not meet our published freshness grade:

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide a photo of the item for verification if requested.
We will issue a full refund for the affected item — no questions asked.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 2–4 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery is available in select cities. Verify availability by entering your pincode at checkout.
You must provide an accurate delivery address. FreshFlow is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

7. Farmer Terms

Farmers must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, harvest dates, and certifications.
FreshFlow charges zero commission on farmer sales.
Farmer payouts are processed within T+2 business days after delivery confirmation.
FreshFlow reserves the right to delist products or suspend farmer accounts for repeated quality violations.
Live packaging streams must follow community guidelines — no inappropriate content.

8. Community Pooling

Community Pooling allows groups of users to combine orders for bulk discounts.
Pool discounts apply only when the pool capacity is fully met.
If a pool does not reach capacity by its deadline, individual orders are processed at regular prices.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation or security
Create fake accounts or provide false information
Engage in abusive behavior toward farmers, delivery partners, or support staff
Resell products purchased on FreshFlow for commercial purposes
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission

10. Intellectual Property

All content on FreshFlow — including logos, design, text, and software — is owned by FreshFlow Technologies and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

FreshFlow acts as a marketplace connecting consumers with farmers. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
